Before joining the US Army, Chris Strnad worked as a respiratory therapist in the Sleep Lab at the KU Medical Center in Kansas City. He's been in Iraq since early 2005. Here he's resting on the ramp leading into an armored vehicle. Strnad graduated from Kansas Univeristy in 2002 (with a degree in Respiratory Therapy.
