Marine Lance Corporal Dan DeSpain, who is on his second tour in Iraq, is surrounded by comforts of home at Camp Fallujah. Dan is the son of Ira and Barbara DeSpain of Baldwin City. He is married to Alisha and they have a daughter, Madelyn, born Aug. 5th, 2004. Dan is a 1997 graduate of Baldwin High School and a 2001 graduate of Baker University.
