Kansas University Chancellor Robert Hemenway accepts the Governor’s Cup from Gov. Kathleen Sebelius in the KU football locker room in front of Coach Mark Mangino and the Jayhawks. KU won the cup with its victory Saturday over Kansas State, 31-28.
